Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
